County secured a 'massive, massive' win on Saturday (9 September), picking up three points from a buoyant AFC Wimbledon side in a hotly-anticipated game in South London.

A rare mistake from Hinchliffe meant County were a goal behind from the 32nd minute, as Charlie Lakin found the end of a Dons corner.

It was not long into the second half, however, when County equalised. A Dons attack was thwarted and the ball found its way to Tanto, who set about a blazing counterattack. He passed to Louie Barry on the edge of the box, who made short work of the assist, converting it into a neat goal into the bottom corner.

This is the fourth goal in four games for the promising youngster. He added to his fantastic record not long after, assisting Will Collar, who scored County's second goal in the 62nd minute; a rifling shot into the top corner.

Throughout the game, particularly the second half, the Hatters dug in and showed some excellent spells, with passing in certain moments giving Pep's Barcelona a run for their money.

Manager Dave Challinor said: "Feels really good, and thoroughly deserved in terms of what we've had to put up with and go through over the first part of the season. Lots of disappointment, lots of low shots where we've cost ourselves points.

"To go through what we did in the first half, and for the players to show the character and perseverance like they did in the second half to see the game out is massively pleasing and massively deserved. [...]

"We've had to go really deep physically to get a massive, massive three points, and we've got to use that as a springboard."

Goalscorer Louie Barry said: "I feel like it's what we've deserved. The last few games have been unlucky for us.

"I feel like we were a bit passive in the first half. We had some good moves, but obviously, it was a sloppy goal to concede. But the second half was much better, much more attacking. They couldn't handle us in the second half."
