According to the job description: "This position requires the delivery of high-quality cleaning to ensure that the building is presented to the best of standards.

"You will be expected to, amongst other elements of the role;

• Cleaning of all communal floor coverings, mopping, sweeping and/or vacuuming as necessary
• Comprehensive dusting in all necessary areas including shelving, window areas, desks, door recesses and light fittings
• Refilling of soap dispensers
• Emptying of the dishwasher
• Emptying bins
• Cleaning washrooms/toilets
• You will also ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times while maintaining Health and Safety standards.
• Cleaning of the coffee machines.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all light switches, door plates, footplates and general door furniture and carefully wipe clean any fire extinguishers
• Provide a friendly and professional service to tenants and visitors
• Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
