We're Jefe's Ramen, a Stockport pop-up cooking big bowls of ramen out of pub kitchens, with a simple rule: buy one and we make another for someone who needs it. Not a percentage of profits. Not a donation later. A second bowl, the same night, out of the same pot.

Come hungry, grab a seat and pick your bowl when you sit down. Expect slow-cooked beef ramen, deep mushroom broth, big portions and sides at the bar, all served up in the Swan with Two Necks.

Book before Wednesday 23rd at midnight and your skewers are on us. After that, it's walk-in only if there's space.

For every bowl sold, we cook another for someone experiencing homelessness or sleeping rough, given out that night through local support partners.
