Catch some theatre at the Garrick on Friday, or head down to the Maker's Market on Saturday.

An amateur production of Constellations will run at the Garrick on Friday 10 November, from 7.30pm. Whilst there is also a showing on Saturday 11, tickets for this have sold out.

A description for this event reads: "If life exists in a multiverse - a set of parallel existences that contain infinitely different futures - every choice and every decision you've ever and never made exist in an unimaginably vast ensemble of parallel universes.

"What would have happened if you'd said yes instead of no? A quantum physicist and a beekeeper meet at a barbecue. They hit it off - or perhaps they don't. They go home together - or maybe they go their separate ways. CONSTELLATIONS is a play about quantum multiverse theory, love, friendship and honey."

This event takes place at Stockport Market Hall, from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 11 November. Entry to the hall is free.

A description for this event reads: "The Stockport Makers Market is back. Join us on the second Saturday of every month for a selection of the North West's finest food, drink, art, design and vintage.

"Featuring specially selected specialists, who source, grow, rear, bake, make, and create the products they sell. This makes sure their goods are unique, original and designed to inspire.

"Pop on down and support local makers, bakers and creators."
