Santa's Grotto / Christmas Express Depot | Merseyway Shopping Centre | Sat 21st - Sun 22nd December | 11am-2pm

Merseyway is hosting the 'Christmas Express Depot' - a weekend activity for youngsters to help get them in the Christmas spirit. It invites children to embark on a 'magical' adventure, helping to deliver Santa's mail in festive post boxes around the town centre.

If children manage to deliver all the letters, they'll get a chance to meet Santa himself, who is taking time out of his busy schedule to call at the Merseyway. They'll also get a free present!

The Christmas Express Depot is free, and will be running on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd, from 11am to 2pm on each day.

Christmas concert - 'An Invitation to Snow' | St Thomas' Church (Heaton Chapel) | Sat 21 December | 4pm

A magical late afternoon concert of festive carols, songs and music.

Featuring: Voices in Achord - Stockport's mixed voice, a cappella ensemble; the Kinder Ringers from Hayfield; and an amazing group of hand bell ringers.
