Talented artists host photography exhibition in Stockport town centre

A talented group of artists are hosting an exhibition in Stockport town centre.
Photography students from Manchester Metropolitan University are hosting the 'Loose Ends' exhibition at Pink until Friday 9 May, from 11am until 6pm.
It's free to visit, and is based on the second floor of Hilton House on Lord Street.
The underlying theme is of unfinished work - it aims to explore "unfinished stories, frayed connections, and open narratives".
Whether it's a literal piece of unfinished work, or a more metaphorical interpretation of something incomplete, there's lots to see at the exhibition, and in a wide range of different styles.
Visitors can expect atmospheric black and white shots of industrial landscapes, through to effervescent pictures of club nights and gigs.

As artist Kaitlyn Pereira explains: "It explores themes of time, memory, and transformation through a variety of photographic styles and perspectives.
"It's an excellent opportunity for the community to engage with new, fresh art created by local talent."
The featured artists are:
- Kaitlyn Pereira
- Will Duffy
- Hollie Jayne Harrison
- Millie-Jean Greenwood
- Cal Fletcher
- Bethany Harding
- Jess Hulme
- Luca Renshaw
- Maya Southall
- Chloe Tomkinson
- Gracie Wilkinson
