A Stockport woman says she's getting mushrooms growing in her garden and ducks visiting because of regular flooding that has been happening for more than a decade.
Lisa Conrad, 43, has lived on Ludlow Road for the last 15 years and said the problem has been getting gradually worse.
The road is next to Woodbank Community Food Hub and an area for community gardening and growing, which is co-ordinated by the Kindling Trust.
Ms Conrad and her neighbour Beth Powell, 48, both think the issue is being caused by blocked drains in the community growing area by the fences with their properties, with water building up when it rains and running onto their land.
They said on bad days the amount of water entering their gardens is so much that it is on the cusp of getting inside their homes.
The pair added that they've offered to go in with other neighbours to try and sort the potential cause of the issue and clear any blocked drains.

The Kindling Trust has declined to comment.
Stockport Council said it is investigating the problem with its partners.
A spokesperson said: "We understand how worrying outdoor flooding can be for residents, particularly those on Ludlow Road.
"Flooding is a complex, multi-agency issue, and we're continuing to work with partners to understand local causes, strengthen flood resilience and pursue funding for areas affected in recent years."
Ms Conrad said: "We started noticing it about 13 years ago and over the years it has gotten worse, we've had ducks coming in the garden because of it.
"Because of how sodden it is I've got mushrooms growing in my garden and I'm not sure that's safe.
"It's just a feeling of dread every time we see there's rain on the way. I've had garden furniture that has been ruined because of this."

Ms Powell added: "It's just standard surface rain and they are allowing it to run into our properties.
"There are at least eight different people affected by this. It's happening 30 times a year, it's not just when there's massive rainfall."
Ms Powell has made a complaint to Stockport council about the issue, saying she feels not enough has been done by the town hall to protect people living on the road.
She said: "The cumulative effect is one of frustration, distress, and a loss of confidence in local governance.
"Residents feel abandoned by Stockport council, left to manage the consequences of flooding and damage that is outside of their control."
