70-72 Buxton Road, once the offices of Lithaprint, is up for auction with a guide price of £350,000.

The building, near the Blossoms pub in Heaviley, was used by the printing business for a number of years.

Now, the building is 'suitable' for a conversion or change of use, although the sale does not come with planning permission.

Lithaprint was liquidated and 'wound up' in May 2023, ceasing its business-as-usual processes.

The property boasts a ground floor, first floor and basement, with around 13 rooms or spaces in all, with retail and office space, as well as storage areas.

It also occupies a prominent location on the A6 / Buxton road, with sizeable footfall

The auction of this property will take place on 28 September with an auction, and is sold as 'unconditional with a fixed fee'.

An unconditional sale means contracts are exchanged and the buyer and seller enter a legally binding contract 'as soon as the gavel falls'.
