A Hazel Grove taxi firm has expanded its presence across Cheshire by opening a new office in Macclesfield, meaning Stopfordians looking for familiar service in Cheshire can rest assured.

Lynx Taxis, which has served Stockport for 30 years, has opened another office in Macclesfield to help meet increased demand and hire new drivers. This will not be the company's first site in Macclesfield; rather, it represents an expansion to existing service.

Our sister newspaper Macclesfield Nub News spoke to Ehsan Shakeri, Managing Director of Lynx Taxis, who said: "We have decided to open a recruitment office as an addition to our booking office (situated on Brook Street) due to the increase in demand from the people of Macclesfield for our services.

"With this in mind, we will need an increase in drivers within the area. Hence, our recruitment office has opened to allow drivers to join the Lynx platform. Whether you are an existing driver or looking for a change in career, we are here to help you with the processes involved.

Their pink-liveried recruitment office on 90 Mill Street is now open for business, with would-be drivers invited to pop-in for a chat.

Lynx Taxis says on its website: "We have been providing high-quality taxi services to our customers for several years with our experienced drivers and modern fleet of vehicles. Our commitment to excellent customer service has earned us a reputation as one of the most trusted taxi services in the area. We pride ourselves on being punctual, reliable, and professional."
