Tenants are now beginning to move into the new flats at Stockport Interchange.

Lets have been agreed for just under half of the 196 flats which make up the Interchange apartment block, Marketing Stockport reports

Flats start from around £1,000 per month. The properties started to appear on the market in April this year.

A description for the flats on Rightmove reads: "The Interchange apartments offer the perfect blend of style, convenience, and community in the heart of Stockport's historic town centre.

"Each apartment is designed for comfort and sophistication, featuring modern aesthetics and premium finishes.

"But it's more than just a living space; it's a lifestyle. Immerse yourself in a community that prioritises wellness and leisure with access to amenities such as communal lounges and a scenic two-acre park at your doorstep."

Property Sense is the agent marketing the apartments.

Alex Cunningham, General Manager at Property Sense Estate Agents, said: "Stockport's skyline is rapidly changing and it's an exciting time to be a part of the Stockport property scene whether already a resident or looking to move into the area.

"The town is booming, and the regeneration and full transformation is not yet complete, meaning it's a great time to be a part of the buzzing Stockport scene early."
