A new eatery offering Detroit-style pizza is opening today in Cheadle Hulme.

Named 'Dough Club', it specialises in deep-dish, rectangular pizzas laden with toppings.

It's based on Station Road, next to the Shakedown burger restaurant. It will open today (Wednesday 19 February) from 3pm.

In a post on social media, the Dough Club team promised 'giveaways and good vibes' for opening day.

DoughClub already has a site in Withington, which achieved viral success on Instagram and TikTok, drawing visitors from across Greater Manchester.

It's described as "The first Halal Detroit-style pizza in Manchester".
