Outside the Box is hosting a comedy night at the Garrick on 1 December, starring Khalid Winter, Rob Rouse, Josh Pugh, and MC Mike Newall.

Outside the Box comedians perform in a number of clubs across the UK, with legendary names such as Stephen Merchant, Bill Bailey, Dara O'Briain, Lee Mack, Jimmy Carr, and more all having made appearances for the club.

This is not the only comedy night at the Garrick, with dates set throughout the year. Each night features four comedians from Outside the Box, including both circuit comics and brand new talent.

As the club states: "Not only popular for recognisable faces, Outside The Box strives to find the best circuit comics and brand new talent to each and every venue.

"Every bill is designed specifically for each club and we're proud to be known for having a group of gigs that are not only fun for the audience but also for the comedians who perform."

Find tickets, and read more about the comedians, HERE.

Doors open at 7pm, with the event set to start at 7.45pm.

Stated Quo | The Spinning Top | Sat 2 December | 9pm

Stated Quo jokingly refer to themselves as 'the 37th best Status Quo tribute in the UK'. Modesty aside, visitors can expect a night of Status Quo's classic smile-inducing, heart-pumping rock from this tribute band.

Heaton Moor's monthly producer's market returns this Sunday (3 December) with a special festive twist.

Visitors can expect the usual range of traders, purveying food, crafts, gifts, and more. Sunday's market will feature 70 traders - a full list can be found HERE.

For this month's Christmas special, Santa himself will be taking time out of his busy schedule to make an appearance. Visitors can also find Christmas wreath making classes, fairground rides, facepainting, and more, all in addition to the aforementioned cast of usual traders.

The market organisers said: "Spread the cost of Christmas by getting in some treats early doors, choosing some handmade presents all sold with smiles by the traders.

"Support local traders and businesses, enjoy the cafes, sip a mulled wine or gin and enjoy the Heaton Moor Producers Christmas Market!"

The market will run from 10.30am-4pm.
