On Saturday 20 July, a street party will take place in Stockport Underbanks.

Dubbed 'Stock Party' - a nod to Block Party - the event will feature food, music, and beers, and will run for the best part of the day from noon until 9pm.

The festivities will be spread between the Underbanks and Festival Square.

In the Underbanks, there will be food pop-ups, music from SK1 records, and a host of other participating businesses in the area. Those participating businesses will be opening their doors and hosting their own mini events.

In Festival Square, meanwhile, there will be a range of brewers, including Track, Cloudwater, Sureshot, Balance and Runaway.

Local food favourites such as Where the Light Gets In, Honest Crust Pizza, Isca Wines, and Ginger's Emporium Ice Cream will also be making an appearance, with a soundtrack provided by DJs from the Bohemian Arts Club.
