The Manchester Food & Drink Festival Awards is back, and Stockport is providing no less than 20 of the shortlisted entries.
The awards, which run annually, aim to celebrate "the people and businesses that make Manchester's food and drink scene so exceptional".
The awards feature 15 different categories, each with eight nominees - and there's an extra category for best foodie neighbourhood, with six nominees.

The shortlist was selected by a panel comprising some of the region's leading food and drink critics, writers and industry experts.
The winners will be decided by vote, which is now open - residents can vote for their favourite in each of the categories, or abstain.
Stockport Council said the borough's many nominations were 'a brilliant showing for our borough'.
"It's more well-deserved recognition for the venues, traders, chefs and producers who continue to put Stockport on the foodie map."
The winners will be announced on 25 January 2027, in a ceremony at City Hall on Medlock Square.
