Multi-venue music festival to take place in Stockport town centre this December

Stockport town centre will be hosting a multi-venue music festival this month.

Dubbed 'The Underbank Weekender', it's being organised by South City studios and features venues such as Highballer, The Underbank, and Holy Diver, with more to be announced.

It will run from 12-14 December 2025.

Headlining are the Rosellas, Bayboards, and Mr Fish.

There are also more than 60 other acts taking to the stage, with even more to be confirmed.

The festival is free entry for most venues, excluding Sunday's Holy Diver stage, which brings a stage of six big Manchester names for £15.

Further still, there will be food, a 'Creative Stockport' magazine launch and Jubel pop-up bar.

The organisers said: "This is the perfect occasion for a pre-Christmas celebration, night out, or family day trip (or all three)!

"We'll be celebrating the creative culture and music of the community."
