Stockport to host its own Comic Con-style event this Summer

Stockport is hosting a comic-themed event this Summer.
Dubbed 'Super Con', it will take place on Saturday 2 August in Stockport Market Place from 10am until 4pm.
It will feature appearances from superheroes, large props, photo opportunities, inflatables - and there will also be a market featuring a range of different traders.
And for those who want to dress up, there will also be a cosplay competition.
On the day, you can expect dressed-up characters from Star Wars, Ghostbusters, superhero comics, and much more.
