Stockport man charged following burglary in Wilmslow

A Stockport man has been charged following a burglary in Wilmslow.

41-year-old Damian Ormiston of River Street has been charged with one count of burglary following a break-in at an address on Mobberley Road, Wilmslow, on Sunday 23 March 2025.

He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Thursday 22 May.

Two men, Dale Fitzpatrick, 40, of no fixed abode, and Geoffrey Pearson, 47, of Nelstrop Road, Heaton Chapel, have already pleaded guilty in relation to the same incident.

The pair appeared at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday 23 April where they were sentenced to a combined six years and eight months in prison.
