A popular Stockport bakery is opening a new store in the Underbanks.

Sticky Fingers, a long-time favourite of Market Hall, will be opening up a new 'bricks and mortar' store on Great Underbank.

An opening date is due to be announced soon. In any case, the opening will coincide roughly with the three year anniversary since the founding of the business.

Announcing the move on social media, the team said: "We hope you'll visit us just as often at our new spot on Great Underbank.

"We're taking some time to get everything ready so that in March, for our third birthday, we can officially open our doors permanently."

Sticky Fingers is a Polish artisan bakery, specialising in pastries, cakes, bread, and more.

It's a huge favourite among locals and visitors alike, with a 4.9 star rating on Google reviews.

And a food reviewer from Confidentials said in a recent visit: "I delighted in an absolutely humungous raspberry and cream bake which had a lovely fluffy centre and crispy, sugar-coated edges."
