A popular Indian restaurant in Bramhall will now be opening for lunches.

Turmeric Twist - at 55 Dairyground Road - will be opening from 12.30-3pm every Saturday and Sunday, starting from 1 June.

Further still, there will be a brand new lunch menu on offer - so it's a chance to try something new.

Turmeric Twist offers everything from classics such as chicken tikka, through to Indian street food favourites such as vada pav (a battered vegetable burger which originated in Bombay).

With a strong focus on authenticity, this eatery is as close as you're likely to get to proper Indian cuisine, short of visiting the subcontinent yourself.

As chef Frenon explains: "We're focussed on proper, authentic Indian food - as authentic as possible."
