Stockport's very own Robinsons Brewery will be celebrating a special anniversary in September, and is offering a sizeable discount to customers to celebrate the occasion.

On 26 September, the brewery will be celebrating 130 years of its famous Unicorn Bitter by offering pints of it for £1.30 each throughout the day (while stocks last!).

All of Robinsons' 170 pubs across Stockport, the North West and Wales will be taking part in the offer.

Unicorn has been a Robinsons favourite ever since it was first brewed in September 1896.

Known to many as 'Best Bitter', the recipe has remained unchanged for well over a century and continues to be one of the brewery's flagship ales.

"Whether you're a long-time Unicorn fan, a cask ale enthusiast, or looking to try it for the first time, visit a participating pub on Saturday 26th September to claim your £1.30 pint while stocks last", a Robinsons spokesperson said.
