Outwood Road in Heald Green has re-opened following a collision between a bus and a pedestrian this morning (Tuesday 29 April).

The road was taped off between the junctions with Wilmslow Road and Gloucester Road, while emergency services attended the scene.

The incident took place around 8.10am this morning - the man has sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries, Manchester Evening News reports.
