Stockport County Community Trust has presided over a 'transformative' year across the borough, raising money, donating PE kits, and more.
The Trust, the charity for Stockport County, has released its annual impact report showcasing the work it has done over the last 12 months.
Among the landmark achievements were the donation of 3,000 PE kits to schools across Stockport, and the raising of £20,000 for charity through matchday activities.
The Trust also revealed that a total of 10,000 residents had taken part in its various initiatives this year, which include wellbeing groups for isolated local residents, walking football, education in schools, and more.

Alison Warwood, CEO of the Stockport County Community Trust, said: "Over the past year, we've expanded our reach to more than 10,000 participants per year, grown our programmes across health, education, and inclusion, and harnessed the power of football, and more specifically Stockport County, to create lasting, positive change.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported the work of the Trust over the last 12 months as none of this would be possible without the dedication of our staff, Trustees, and partners. Collectively, we're building a legacy that makes a lasting difference in Stockport.
"Looking ahead to the next 12 months we will continue to innovate, expand our reach, and deepen our impact to ensure Stockport County remains a force for good."
Simon Wilson, CEO of Stockport County, added: "The County Report is a powerful reflection of how Stockport County continues to make a real difference beyond the pitch. Football has the unique ability to unite communities, and this report demonstrates the incredible impact our Community Trust has achieved in health, education, inclusion, and wellbeing.
"We are proud to see over 10,000 people engaged in programmes that change lives and strengthen our town. This is about more than football – it's about creating opportunities, tackling inequalities, and building a stronger, more connected Stockport."
