A site on Middle Hillgate is up for sale, along with plans for development.

The sale comes with both the plot and planning permission for a residential / office building.

The building would feature four floors, with commercial office space on the ground floor plus a total of five apartments.

At current, the site only has a steel building framework in place.

The price is £325,000. It sits on Middle Hillgate and Wesley Street, opposite what was once the Peter Carlson Interiors store.

Planning permission was granted in February 2022.

The layout of the building would be: an office on the ground floor; two apartments on the first floor, two bed and one bed respectively; two apartments on the second floor, two bed and one bed respectively; and one attic floor apartment, with one bed.

Each apartment would also have a bath, and the ground, first and second floors would also have common areas.

The property is being marketed by MBRE - find more information HERE.
