The much-loved Stockport Town Hall antiques fair is set to make a welcome return on Saturday 21 September.

Over 130 stalls will be set up in the magnificent Town Hall ballroom, offering a fantastic cross-section of the antiques market.

Visitors can count on a good range of vintage and retro items, along with a traditional range of collectables and artefacts.

This particular fair is run by Cheshire Set Fairs, and is the largest event in the organiser's calendar. It has been running for 46 years.

The organisers describe this event as "a well respected and popular fair [that] has survived so long due to the great atmosphere and opportunity to find a bargain".

There is catering available on site, and visitors can make use of the large multi storey car park adjacent to the Town hall on Lacy Street.

The event runs from 9am-3.30pm.

Ticket prices are £2.50 for adults, £2 for concessions, and children aged under 14 can enter for free so long as they are accompanied.
