Officers from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) say they are "increasingly concerned" about a man last seen at Stepping Hill Hospital.

The GMP appeal says the 58-year-old called Darren was last seen leaving the hospital grounds just before 9:30pm last night (June 2).

Darren is a white male, 5'8" tall, of slim build with salt-and-pepper hair.

He was wearing a blue jacket with writing on the front, a blue rucksack, with dark coloured trousers and trainers.

Police say they want to make sure he is safe and well.

A GMP spokesperson said: "Anyone with information about Darren's whereabouts should contact police on 101 or report online and quote incident 76 - 03/06/2026."
