Police are appealing for information to help find a missing 13-year-old who was last seen in Stockport.

Officers are looking to find James, who was last seen in Portwood around 7.45pm on Monday 24 August.

He is described as approximately 5ft 6in tall, with short dark hair and a mole on his right cheek.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie, white wide-leg joggers, black Adidas trainers (with a white stripe and brown soles) and a plain black backpack.

Greater Manchester Police say they are becoming 'increasingly concerned' about James and want to make sure he is safe and well.

Anybody with information on James' whereabouts should contact police on 101, quoting log number 0087-25/08/26.
