New gym to open in Hazel Grove in former M&S store
The former M&S store in Hazel Grove is due to be transformed into a new PureGym.
The new gym will be 'opening soon' on the site which is based just off commercial road.
It will be open 24/7, and is expected to feature more than 200 different pieces of equipment.
The former M&S store closed in 2024. A spokesperson said at the time that the closure reflects 'changing shopping habits', and said that M&S's focus was getting 'the right stores with the right space'.
The car park on site will become a dedicated PureGym car park which will be free for members.
