A new Cash Generator has opened in Stockport town centre on Prince's street, close to the bridge and the old Debenhams store.

Cllr Graham Greenalgh, Mayor of Stockport, was present at an opening ceremony on Saturday (14 October).

Cash Generator is a 'buy and sell' store with around 120 branches across the UK.

The focus is on buying and selling second-hand goods, including games consoles, mobile phones and other electronics, as well as jewellery.

A statement from the company reads: "At Cash Generator we specialise in selling pre-owned and new high street retail products at discounted prices."

You can find the new store at 107 Prince's Street.
