Halloween is looming, and with it comes another themed fun day at the Merseyway centre.

'Hallowgreen' takes place on Saturday 26 October, and features a huge range of spooky festivities for the whole family.

Split between Merseyway and Redrock, the day will feature costumed actors, decor, performances, and a wide range of games.

The theme will be green, so make sure you come along wearing your best spooky green outfit.

And what's more, the event is free to attend!

In one of the activities, intrepid young explorers will be able to enjoy a treasure hunt trail, with a prize at the end.

Over at Redrock from 5-7pm, meanwhile, there will be live music from The Emerald Singers, plus an hour-long set of Halloween pop tunes to dance the night away to.

Throughout the day you can also expect costume competitions, a mini disco, a makeover station, and more.
