Police are appealing for information to help find a man following a burglary at Stockport railway station in May 2024.

British Transport Police are trying to trace 59-year old Anthony Webster, but so far have been unable to find him, despite 'extensive' efforts.

He is wanted after failing to answer bail - he's also wanted so he can be charged following the station burglary.

Although his whereabouts are unknown, he's believed to have connections with Stockport and Manchester.

Anyone who knows about the whereabouts of Webster is asked not to approach him and to report any knowledge of his whereabouts to British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 65 of 21 May 2024.

Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
