A new Shoezone store is opening in Stockport town centre on Saturday 25 April.

The shop is based at 72-74 Merseyway, on the site of the former Tessuti store.

Shoezone is a major UK footwear retailer, with 269 sites across the country. They specialise in affordable footwear in a range of styles and for a similar range of ages and tastes.

The chain formerly had a Stockport store based on Warren Street. This new store a short stroll down the road promises a larger, more modernised layout.

In terms of stock, there will be own brand styles as well as a huge range of exciting name-brands popular with online shoppers, such as Relife, Skechers and Rieker.

To celebrate the relaunch, Shoezone will also have a range of special offers for customers.

Anthony Smith, chief executive at Shoezone, said: "It is exciting to be opening our relocated store in Stockport, which will see the launch of new brands for customers to enjoy.

"We look forward to welcoming our customers into our new store and hope they enjoy the new variety of products available."
