Nominations are now open for the Made in Stockport Awards 2025.

The awards aim to celebrate the huge range of businesses across Stockport borough. All manner of businesses, from food, crafts, independent shops and more compete across nine categories. 

The deadline for nominations is 10 March, with finalists due to be announced on 31 March.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Alma Lodge Hotel and Restaurant on 26 June 2025.

The following are the nine categories you could nominate your (or someone else's) business for. The more nominations your business receives, the more chance you will become a finalist in the awards.

• Small Business of the Year – sponsored by MUSE
• Concept of the Year – sponsored by Innovate Stockport
• Food Producer of the Year - sponsored by Almond Family Pubs
• Drink Producer of the Year – sponsorship available
• Best Crafter of the Year – sponsorship available
• Business to look out for – sponsored by MUSE
• Capturing Stockport Award – sponsored by TPD Wealth Management
• Independent Shop Front - sponsorship available

This years chosen charity is Signpost for Carers with the awards ceremony taking place at Alma Lodge Hotel and Restaurant on the 26^th June 2025.

Previous winners have included town centre cafe Coffee Block, artist Kate O'Brien, and Romiley homeware store Echo Designs. 

In 2023, the Made in Stockport Awards attracted over 6,000 votes from across the town.
