A former high street shop could be set for a new lease of life as a dental surgery.

Plans have been submitted to convert the former Hereditary Breast Cancer Helpline charity shop into a dental surgery. The site is 87-91 Prince's street, facing CEX and opposite Rosie's.

The new dental surgery would contain eight surgeries, staff and waiting rooms, and an office.

Neither the environment agency nor the highways consultee have raised any objections, and no altered vehicle or pedestrian access would be required to take place.

Plans were submitted in September - the determination deadline for this planning application is 12 December.
