The site of the former Pizza Express restaurant in Cheadle is up for sale for £785,000 (subject to contract).

The Pizza Express branch has now closed permanently - the building has been available to move into since late October.

In addition to the shop front and ground floor, the site also boasts upstairs office space, and parking for five vehicles at the rear of the premises.

A description of the now vacant property reads: "The property benefits from an attractive shop front and internal features with ornate plasterwork and feature fireplaces with restaurant premises at ground floor level."

The site boasts high footfall by virtue of a prominent location on Cheadle High Street. The High Street in turn contains a number of other high-profile retailers, including Costa and Starbucks, as well as a host of pubs and eateries.

You can find the property listing HERE.
