Trainee sales executive - Swansway / Motor Match

Swansway is looking for a sales executive to join the company’s new fast-track programme. Applicants will receive pay of £25,000 per year, plus commission. 

According to the job description: “We are excited to launch our 'fast track' sales training programme, this programme is aimed at candidates who are looking for a new career in vehicle sales and already have experience within customer service. 

“This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates that may have been affected by the pandemic and are now looking to use their customer service experience in a new industry.

“When you join Swansway on our fast track programme during your first 3 months you will go through initial training, after 3 months you should have all of the tools you need to offer first class customer service and sell vehicles to our customers. 

“Once you complete your training period you'll earn commission on all of your sales plus a company vehicle, the on target earnings for our Sales Executives is £45,000, while our top performers earn in excess of £60,000.

“As a Sales Executive for Motor Match, you'll be selling our full product range of used vehicles while delivering market leading customer service to our customers. Reporting into the Sales Manager it will be your responsibility to handle sales enquiries that maybe face to face, via telephone, internet and email.”

Warehouse operative - Optimas Solutions

Optimas Solutions is looking for a warehouse operative to work for a ‘competitive’ salary, on either a part-time or full-time basis. 

According to the job description, this role will involve: “Confirm items picked correspond to the items described on the note; pick and pack items to ensure they remain secure and undamaged to their destination;

“Arrange for the issue of certification as detailed on the picking note; ensure that similar size parts from different manufacturers sent out in a single consignment are packed to retain their identity and segregation;

“Load goods for dispatch onto transport within deadlines; continually check for damaged labels and request replacements as necessary; cover for envoys as and when required, subject to relevant licenses held; unloading of goods delivered.”

Store colleague - Pets at Home

Pets at Home is looking for a store colleague to work at its store near Stockport Pyramid. 

This is a permanent part-time role, with a salary of £10.60-£11.60 per hour and 24 hours per week. 

The applicant will ‘ideally’ have experience of working in a customer-facing environment, although additional training will be provided. 

According to the job description: “Your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres, and you will ensure our customers have a great experience that sets us apart and drives customer loyalty for our great brands. 

“Our store colleagues are critical to the success of our business. They are responsible for exceeding our customer's expectations daily, ensuring the highest standard of pet care, brilliant operational standards, and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.”

Supermarket assistant - Waitrose

Waitrose is looking for a supermarket assistant to work at its Cheadle store. This is a temporary part-time role, with a salary of £10.50-£11.48 per hour and around 22.5 hours per week. 

According to the job description: “The role of a supermarket assistant involves a range of tasks, including advising and serving customers, moving and replenishing stock, carrying out housekeeping activities and handling cash and card transactions according to set procedures. 

“Partners may be expected to work in any area of the branch to support the wider team as required, and to maintain the necessary business dress and hygiene standards.”

KFC is looking for a team member to work at its Hazel Grove store. This role can be either part-time or full-time, and comes with a salary of £10.50 per hour. 

According to the job description: “We’re not looking for years of experience – just real people who are up for getting stuck in over a number of shifts and stations, delivering a great experience for our customers, and being part of our awesome team. Don’t worry about the rest, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. 

“As a Team Member, you will: Delight our guests front of house by optimising guest experience, handling cash, cleaning, and maintaining food safety;

“Run the engine that is middle of house by managing food prep and cleaning, with top communication, speed & accuracy, all whilst maintaining food safety;

“Create that finger lickin’ chicken by preparing food, cleaning, communicating with your team, and maintaining food safety.”
