Caseworker - Mary Robinson MP

Mary Robinson MP is looking for a caseworker to join her constituency office based in Cheadle Hulme. The salary starts at £21,529, and depending on experience could go up to £34,599.

Applicants must be 'at minimum sympathetic to the aims of the Conservative Party', and a full driving licence is desirable. 

According to the job description: "You will work alongside a Senior Caseworker, assisting constituents with their problems and enquiries. 

"Mary seeks an enthusiastic team worker who will be dedicated to providing outstanding service to her constituents. This is a full-time role.

"Responsibilities include: Assist surgeries and other meetings and follow up as appropriate; Attend constituency meetings as appropriate; Deal with large numbers of standard queries, as well as assisting on more complex cases from members of the public by phone, email, social media or face to face. 

"Ongoing communication may be required; Draft responses to constituents; Ensure records are kept and information managed confidentially in line with the data protection legislation; Ensure that each case is dealt with promptly, sensitively, confidentially and accurately in accordance with the MP; Gather relevant information to assist with resolving cases; 

"Log all cases; monitor progress and ensure all identified actions are taken; Retain records and information confidentially and in line with the Data Protection Act."

Floor assistant - Wetherspoons

Wetherspoons is looking for a floor assistant to work at The Calverts Court in Stockport town centre. This role comes with a salary of £10.52 per hour. Applicants should be mindful that the deadline for this role is Monday 11 September.

Morrisons is looking for a customer assistant to work at the Bredbury store on a permanent part-time contract for 10-16 hours per week. This role comes with a 'competitive' salary, plus benefits.

The Co-op is looking for a team member to work at its Cheadle store on Turves Road. This is a permanent part-time contract, with 16 hours per week and a salary of £10.90 per hour.
