Some facilities at Stockport Interchange are closed today (Wednesday 12 November), following strike action from staff at Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM).

Both the ticket office and toilets will be closed throughout today.

However, bus services will be running as normal.

A spokesperson for TfGM said: "Due to industrial action by some Transport for Greater Manchester staff today, some of our interchanges – including toilets and ticket offices – have shorter opening hours or are closed today.

"We're sorry for any inconvenience caused during this time.

"If you've got a query, please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0161 244 1000."
