Cheadle Heath Primary School's leadership has said it is 'immensely' proud after receiving a glowing Ofsted report.
Under the inspectorate's new grading system, the school was deemed 'strong' in four areas, and of 'expected standard' in three others.
Ofsted's new system has done away with short summaries like 'outstanding' and 'good', and now has five tiers, from top to bottom: exceptional; strong standard; expected standard; needs attention; and urgent improvement.
Each school is assessed against seven categories, then given a tiered score in each category.
Of strong standard at Cheadle Heath Primary School were: attendance and behaviour; inclusion; leadership and governance; and personal development and wellbeing.
Pupils behave 'extremely well' the inspectors found, and show 'very high levels of respect'.
They also found that "leaders have created a calm, warm and nurturing ethos", which "permeates the school".
The school was also deemed particularly strong when it came to inclusivity. Staff meet pupils' needs quickly and accurately, Ofsted found, and the school has a 'calm and nurturing' environment.
Further still, Cheadle Heath Primary's Oasis space - a calm and safe spot for students to relax and reset - was singled out for praise.
The school's leadership and governance was similarly lauded, with staff, parents and carers all found to be enthusiastic and positive about the school.
And in terms of personal development and wellbeing, the Cheadle Heath Primary was praised for preparing students well for life beyond school, while also offering plenty of opportunities for extra-curricular development, including music and sports lessons.
Cheadle Heath Primary School was also deemed to have met the expected standard when it came to curriculum teaching, achievement, and early years provision.
"Pupils make consistently positive progress across the curriculum", the inspectors said, and 'achieve well'.
The school was also found to have a similarly strong curriculum for early years students, which was 'logically sequenced' and reflected youngsters' needs and interests.
Inspectors also praised the quality of teaching, recognising that staff benefit from ongoing professional development and "deliver the curriculum well".
Following the publication of the report, headteacher Christine Meekley said: "I would like to take this opportunity to publicly recognise our incredible staff team. The report states that leaders at all levels are 'highly ambitious for the school' and 'put pupils' interests front and centre of their work.'
"It also highlights the 'high-quality and personalised professional development offer' that strengthens expertise and drives continuous improvement.
"Behind these statements lies genuine dedication, deep professional knowledge and an unwavering commitment to every child in our community. Our staff go above and beyond each day - not for recognition, but because they care deeply and are driven to be the very best they can be for the children and families they serve.
"I feel incredibly proud to work alongside such a committed, talented and compassionate team. It is no coincidence that words such as "kind," "care" and "caring" appear throughout the report - these values truly underpin everything we do.
"Above all, this report reflects our children. Their warmth, resilience, enthusiasm and determination are evident in every classroom, every day. In a school where 'inclusion is at the heart of the school's work,' this truly means everyone.
"Every child - regardless of background, need or starting point - is valued, supported and enabled to thrive. Our children remain at the heart of everything we do and continue to inspire us to be the very best we can be."
