Cheadle College students help raise money for Stockport NHS charity with handmade crafts

Students from Cheadle College have been selling handmade crafts to help raise money for the Stockport NHS charity.
The talented students created beautiful soaps, felt flowers, and more, which they went on to sell in the Stepping Hill Hospital restaurant.
The aim was to help raise a smile to the patients and visitors at the hospital - some of whom are experiencing difficult times.
The college students were working as part of a programme which helps those with learning disabilities develop their employment skills.
They also helped to support the community while doing so.
As a Stepping Hill spokesperson said: "The students were raising smiles and cheer for patients and visitors with their creations; with cheerful creations to help them through what can be stressful times."
