Bus route sections withdrawn and other routes changed around Stockport

The 364 and 375 buses will undergo a series of changes from 23 July. 

The 364's route section between Heaton Moor and Stockport town centre is withdrawn, and the bus will no longer serve Bosden Farm. 

Buses will run via the exsiting route between Stockport and Woodbank, then via: 

  • Lisburne Lane 
  • Dialstone Lane 
  • Buxton Road
  • Commercial Road 
  • Bosden Fold Road
  • Hazelwood Road 
  • Clarendon Road
  • Brinkburn Road 
  • Offerton Road
  • Torkington Road 
  • London Road 
  • Buxton Road 
  • Dialstone Lane 
  • Lisburne Lane

The bus will then go via the current route back to Stockport town centre. The service is replaced by the 385 bus for journeys to and from Bosden Farm and along Marple Road.

Meanwhile, the 375 will see Monday to Saturday daytime journeys rerouted between Offerton Green and Heaviley.

The bus will be renumbered to 385, calling via: 

  • Marple Road
  • Offerton Road 
  • Sanderling Road
  • Shearwater Road 
  • Turnstone Road
  • Marple Road 
  • Lisburne Lane 
  • Dialstone Lane
  • Nangreave Road.

The service is replaced by the rerouted 364 bus between Dialstone Lane, Stepping Hill Hospital and Brinkburn Road.
