New affordable and social housing has opened in Stockport town centre.
Hollingdrake Place, based on Edward Street, offers 63 homes available for affordable rent and a further 68 available for social rent.
Construction of the development is now complete with residents already beginning to move in.
The design is energy-efficient, and there are also EV chargers, secure bike storage spots and new areas of landscaping.
The new homes were funded by Homes England and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Brownfield Housing Fund, and were delivered by housing association The Guiness Parternship with support from Stockport Council.
It's the second affordable housing development which Stockport Council has opened in the last few months.
In October, a similar £16.5m affordable housing scheme called Platform opened at Harrisson Court on King Street West.
Meanwhile, construction has begun on Chestergate – a £41m development set to bring even more affordable and social housing to the heart of the town.

Cllr Micheala Meikle, Stockport Council cabinet member for economy, regeneration and skills, said: "The Edward Street development is another step forward in our target of 8,000 new homes in Stockport town centre over the next 15 years.
"We are proud to welcome 131 high-quality apartments that are not only affordable, but are vital homes for social rent in the heart of our town.
"The development strengthens our growing pipeline of affordable housing and reflects our promise to making Stockport a vibrant place that offers a true mix of homes, jobs, leisure, better healthcare and transport to benefit everyone across our borough.
"Our sincere thanks go to The Guinness Partnership and all those involved in bringing this project to life and we look forward to seeing residents move into their new homes."
Catriona Simons, group chief executive at The Guinness Partnership, said: "We are pleased to bring much needed high-quality affordable homes in the centre of Stockport, as part of Guinness's commitment to supporting development in Greater Manchester.
"We would like to thank our partners on this project, Homes England, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Caddick Construction Ltd, Bowker Sadler Architects and Simon Fenton Partnerships who have all been part of getting us to this important stage.
"We would also like to thank Stockport MBC for supporting the project and for its commitment to providing homes at the heart of the town centre."
