A new luxury photography studio is opening in Stockport, designed to make everybody feel model-worthy.

Moments by Montrose was founded by friends Sophie and Paige, who decided to team up and venture out with their own business after working extensively in the modelling, photography, and hair and makeup industries.

They will specialise in capturing key moments for residents of Stockport and beyond, making you look and feel beautiful and confident in the process.

The project combines their impressive experience in the industry, with their own warm and personal twist.

The studio itself is based on the third floor of Welkin Mill in Bredbury, in a historic space bathed in warm natural light from generous windows.

It features a range of bespoke sets designed by Sophie and Paige themselves - you can be pictured in a Tiki bar, a barn out in the Alps or perhaps the American West, a refined Victorian study, and much more - in other words, for a special moment you can be whisked far away from this rainy corner of the Pennines.

There are also more neutral and plain backgrounds available so you can take centre stage.

Already, trial customers have been photographed for pregnancy announcements, modelling, and more.

"We're here to capture moments", Paige explained. "We can make you look and feel beautiful and preserve it for you, your friends and your family".

"We're also here to hype you up", Sophie added. "We have experience in modelling so we'll be able to help you in striking the right pose and facial expression.

"And we'll probably be cheering like mad when we get the perfect shot."

Explaining the project more generally, they said: "We bring creativity, big ideas, an eye for the details that truly matter and more importantly, good times and a lot of laughs.

"We love working closely with our clients, getting to know you and your moments, and turning it into something that feels effortless, special and completely unforgettable."

And so, if you're looking to preserve a perfect moment in time - whether you're making a big announcement, or just want to look the best you've ever looked - Moments by Montrose will be opening on 1 April 2026.
