New padel sessions launching in Stockport designed just for kids

Youngsters in Stockport have the opportunity to try out Padel this summer, with new specially-designed sessions.
Soul Padel is hosting the 'Junior Padel Camp' on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th June, at Stockport Decathlon.
Padel is a hybrid of tennis and squash - opponents face each other over a net, but the ball can be bounced off the walls.
The new sessions will run on Tuesday 3 June (10am–12pm) for children in School Years 3 & 4, and on Wednesday 4 June (1–3pm) for Years 5 & 6.
Each two-hour session costs just £10, and all abilities are welcome.
Soul Padel, which hosts padel courts and games in Stockport and beyond, said the sessions are part of a wider push to get more young people picking up a padel racket.
There's also a six-week run of junior lessons launching from 9 June – split into age groups (7–10 and 11+), running every Monday and Wednesday after school.
Experienced coach Sue Morrison leads all sessions and can be booked now via the Playtomic app.
