Set on the eve of the Millennium, Paul and Eve are preparing to bring in the new year with neighbours Dougie and Portia. But this isn't a party, Paul has insisted on that. Life could be about to change in a very drastic way come midnight and he just wants his nearest and dearest to be there for the occasion.
