Be swept away by classical and modern melodies while seated in a setting steeped in heritage, with a 'Pride & Prejudice' themed Concert in the Chapel at The National Trust's Lyme Park.
This September, listen to a chamber ensemble play timeless classical compositions to captivate audiences of all ages, with a nod to Lyme's role as 'Pemberley' in the BBC's 1995 'Pride & Prejudice' series. The acoustics of the historic chapel enhance every note, creating a symphony of sound that resonates through the centuries-old walls.
Manchester Reed Trio is a dynamic and versatile chamber ensemble, comprising of the oboe, clarinet and bassoon. They are alumnae of the Royal Northern College of Music with further training at the Musique et Santé in Paris and have since played in a wide range of venues, both internationally and across Europe.
