Fixtures for the Sky Bet League Two 23/24 season and the EFL Carabao Cup have been released.

County will begin the season once again at Edgeley Park facing Gillingham.

County will also face Sheffield Wednesday away in the Carabao Cup.

With County finishing highest last season of the current group, fans may have reason to be optimistic, although they go into this season expecting a challenge.

A big game against Bradford will happen early in the season on Tuesday 15 August at home.

Similarly competitive games will take place against Crewe away on Tuesday 24 October, and Salford at home on Tuesday 28 November.

Meanwhile, however much fans may resent it, the Hollywood glamour of Wrexham will head to Edgeley Park on Saturday 23 September.
