Stockport County conceded an own goal in their game against Rotherham United which has since been described as 'the most bizarre own goal ever'.
In the match on Saturday 17 January, County's 1-0 lead was squandered when keeper Ben Hinchliffe went for a long kick forward, but ended up booting the ball into the backside of teammate Joe Olowu. The subsequent rebound found its way into the County net, making it 1-1.
The goal has variously been described as a 'horror moment for the typically reliable stopper', 'comical' and 'remarkable'.
What made the goal even more unusual was that it was one of three own goals throughout the game - the two others conceded by Rotherham.
It meant the Hatters won the game 3-2, chalking up an important three points in their promotion fight.
It's the third win in a row for County, whose next game will be against Cardiff City on Saturday 24 January.
