The Davenport Arms in Woodford is up for a prestigious tourism award.
The pub - also known as the Thief's Neck - is in the running for 'pub of the year' at the Cheshire Tourism Awards 2026.
Organised by Marketing Cheshire, the event celebrates the region's £3.9 billion visitor economy, with 18 awards up for grabs.
The pub is managed by Robinsons Brewery, and hosts weddings and birthdays in addition to the many guests who turn up for food, drink, and stunning atmosphere.
Edward Bromley, Robinsons' partner at the Davenport Arms, said the team were 'absolutely thrilled' to make it to the finals.
"It's fantastic to see the dedication and passion of the team being recognised, along with the amazing support from our local community", he said.

"We're so proud to stand alongside them and can't wait to celebrate with everyone on the awards night."
Jamie Christon, chair of Marketing Cheshire, said: "Tourism in Cheshire and Warrington is truly world-class, supporting 38,000 jobs and welcoming over 56 million visitors each year.
"It's fantastic to see such a bumper crop of entries once again, showcasing the trailblazing businesses and inspirational individuals driving the region's success.
"The judges have an unenviable task this year – the standard has been exceptional."
Winners will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Walton Hall and Gardens.
