Mentor training - Pure Insight | 3 October

Pure Insight is looking for volunteer mentors - they're hosting training sessions from 26 September to 3 October (Image supplied)

Stockport charity Pure Insight is recruiting volunteer mentors for our next training cohort.

Come and learn about the challenges young people leaving foster care and childrens' homes face as they start the challenges of adult life - education, employment, housing, budgeting and relationships with little support.

Then take this new knowledge and be matched with a young person as a 1:1 mentor, to support them as a trusted mentor to both tackle the tricky bits, and celebrate the wins together!

The training is 24 hrs, over 2 x 6hr taught sessions in Knutsford and further area specific training and connection with our local team in Stockport, including at our cafes in SK1.
