The Arabian Twilight Café is Stockport's first community-led multicultural café, offering mouth-watering cuisine from around the world.

Running on Fridays from 4-8pm at Heaton Norris Community Centre, this café offers homemade Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African food.

Perhaps you're looking for some inspiration as a cook, to be transported around the world with your tastebuds, or perhaps more simply just to enjoy some delicious, freshly-made food.

In any case, Arabian Twilight is an excellent place to go.

The dishes are made by hand by chef Rand, and feature ingredients picked from the garden at the community centre, merely a short stroll away.

"From plant to plate - you can't get any fresher than that", Arabian Twilight says.

This affordable cuisine can be eaten at the centre or taken away. Payment is taken by cash or BACS transfer. The centre will close early if all food sells, so those looking for healthy, fresh meals are advised to come early to avoid disappointment.

The menu is as follows:

  • Chicken Curry & Rice
  • Dhal & Rice
  • Kebabs (served with salad & pitta)
  • Pakoras (served with salad & pitta)
  • Hot Dogs
  • Desserts / Ice creams
  • Arabic Teas
  • And much more
